GIFT CARD

The Gift Card is a digital gift card sent via email. You can select the amount you wish to give, starting from the minimum required amount of €30. The recipient of the Gift Card will receive it via email shortly after your purchase. You will also receive a copy of the purchase receipt via email. The Gift Card can be used throughout the SilentWorker website. If the total order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the customer. If the total order amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, the total purchase amount will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. The card balance will be automatically updated and can be viewed at any time via the shopping cart. The Gift Card has no expiration date. Under no circumstances may it—even if partially used—be reloaded, resold, or converted into cash. The customer has 7 days from the date of purchase to cancel the order and request a refund. The card must not have been used; otherwise, no refund will be possible. After this period, no refund will be possible even if the card has not been used. SilentWorker accepts no liability in the event of theft, loss, or fraud and will not issue any refunds. You will need to contact your bank and your insurance provider.
