Read the instructions carefully before use. Ammonia ready to use. If this is your first experience with ammonia, we strongly recommend that you start gradually. Hold the bottle about 10cm from your nose and inhale gently until you feel the effects. We advise you to reserve this product for the few big sets you'll be doing during your session. CAUTION: Not for medical use. The mixture of compounds in smelling salts produces a small amount of ammonia gas, which is used to restore consciousness. The use of smelling salts irritates the membranes of the nose and lungs and triggers an inhalation reflex. This leads to improved breathing and increased alertness. Pure ammonia gas is toxic and hazardous to health in large quantities. However, since smelling salts produce only a small amount of ammonia, users can use them safely, provided they do so responsibly.
